Gateshead and South Tyneside Probation Delivery Unit (PDU) has received an overall rating of ‘Requires improvement’ following an inspection by His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Probation. The service was last inspected in 2022, when it was given a rating of ‘Good’.

Newcastle Upon Tyne PDU has received an overall rating of ‘Inadequate’ following an inspection by His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Probation.

Leicester City Children and Young People’s Justice Service (CYPJS) has received an overall rating of ‘Requires improvement’ following an inspection of youth justice work with children and victims (IYJWCV) by His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Probation.

Merton Youth Justice Service has received an overall rating of ‘Requires improvement’ following an inspection of youth justice work with children and victims (IYJWCV) by His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Probation.

East and West Lincolnshire PDU has received an overall rating of ‘Inadequate’ following an inspection by His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Probation.

“Some inconsistencies” found at Trafford Youth Justice Service

Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland PDU have received an overall rating of ‘Inadequate’. This is the second inspection of this PDU since being established under the unification of probation services in 2021, having previously been rated ‘Inadequate’ in 2022.

Nottingham City Probation Delivery Unit (PDU) and Nottinghamshire PDU have both received an overall rating of ‘Inadequate’ following inspections by His Majesty’s Inspectorate of Probation.
