“I wish to offer my congratulations to HM Inspector Dave Argument for winning Inspectorate Staff Member of the Year at this year’s Skills for Justice – Inspire Justice Awards.

“Dave Argument embodies the values of the Inspectorate and has a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the organisations we inspect, and each individual we work with. He has played a key role in the development of our new high-profile approved premises inspection programme and has been central to the Inspectorate’s contributions towards national improvements in drug treatment and recovery work.

“This work, and more, has been carried out in addition to his demanding Inspector role, illustrating his outstanding talent and commitment. Congratulations!”
