Cynllun Iaith Gymraeg – Adroddiad Monitro Blynyddol ar gyfer 2023/2024

The MoU sets out for the public the key roles and responsibilities of the Inspectorate and the YJB in the monitoring, inspection, and oversight of youth justice services across England and Wales. 

This document is between the Ministry of Justice, HM Prison and Probation Service and HM Inspectorate of Probation.

This paper was originally written in 2010 by John Hutchings, who was Assistant Chief Inspector of Probation prior to retirement. We gratefully acknowledge his work. It has now been updated by HM Inspectorate of Probation.
